Our guarantee

Every charm is made to order from your photo, and nothing is printed until you approve the preview. If your charm arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't the one you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery. Send a photo of the problem and a photo of the shipping label, and we'll make and send you a new one free. If the new one also arrives damaged, we'll refund you in full.

Small differences in color and cut line are normal for printed acrylic and aren't a defect.

Changes and cancellations

Need to fix the photo, size or address? Get in touch right after ordering. We can only make changes before your charm goes into production; after that we can't change or cancel it.

Returns

Because each charm is cut from your own photo, we can't take returns or give refunds for a change of mind, including gifts the recipient doesn't want. What you approve in the preview is what we make, so please check it closely, especially that your photo is sharp and the summit sign is clear.

Shipping

Free shipping to US addresses. Each charm is made to order after you approve the preview, then shipped. We'll email you tracking when it ships.

We ship to the address you enter at checkout, so please check it. If a package is returned because the address was wrong or incomplete, a replacement is a new order.

If tracking shows your package lost, or it's stuck more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery, email us and we'll send a new one free.
