No. Your summit moment stays whole: you, your pose and the sign or plaque. We only remove the background around you so the charm can be cut to your shape.

A full-body shot with the summit sign or plaque in view, taken in good light and in focus. Phone photos are fine. Group photos and photos where the sign is far from you are harder; we'll tell you on the proof if something won't read.

Yes. Every order gets a free proof, and nothing is printed until you approve it.

Each charm is made to order after you approve your preview, then shipped free in the US with tracking.

Yes. Upload the photo you have of them on top, approve the preview, and ship it straight to them at checkout.

Ask them for their favorite shot from the top. Any summit photo with them and the sign in it works.

Made right, or made again. If your charm arrives misprinted, damaged, or isn't the one you approved, email us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the problem and of the shipping label, and we'll send a new one free. If the new one also arrives damaged, we'll refund you in full.

Each charm is cut from your own photo, so we can't take returns for a change of mind, gifts included. That's why nothing is printed until you approve the preview: please check it closely.

Get in touch right after ordering to fix the photo, size or address. We can only make changes before your charm goes into production.

If tracking shows it lost, or it's stuck more than 5 business days past its estimated delivery, email us and we'll send a new one free.
